The problem of nostril can be solved by cutting away the surplus tissue of nose base, and then suture the nose base to form the ideal shape of nostril.
According to the face shape of the patient, silica gel will be implanted between the nose hypodermic periosteum and nasal bone. The silica gel will be implanted inside the nostril, so the wound cannot be seen from outside.
